SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If at any time during the course of this agreement up to 5 years or
5 million copies, whichever occurs first, your DIS copier does not perform
to your satisfaction, DIS will replace that copier with a comparable
copier at no charge to you, provided that you have not abused or misused
it and we have continually maintained it under our maintenance agreement.
FOUR HOUR
RESPONSE TIME GUARANTEE
DIS guarantees that a factory trained service technician will be dispatched
to your location with an average of four business hours to perform any
emergency service on your DIS copier. If we fail to accomplish this
in any full calendar quarter, we will credit your account for 25% of
your next quarter’s base service invoice on that copier.
SERVICE
LOANER GUARANTEE
DIS guarantees that in the rare instance we cannot repair your down
copier within 24 hours after our technician has made the initial visit
to your copier, DIS will deliver a comparable copier to your location
for your use until your primary copier has been repaired. There is no
charge for delivery and set-up. We will only invoice you for your normal
service amount.
95% UPTIME
GUARANTEE
DIS guarantees to keep your copier up and running. If DIS does not keep
your copier up and running 95% of the time in any month, DIS will service
that product FREE of charge the following month.
FIXED VALUE
TRADE-IN GUARANTEE
In the event
that your copier requirements increase during the first five years of
your lease or ownership of one of our copiers, we will allow the following
trade-in values for upgrading to a faster or larger copier: 100% during
the first year, 75% during the second year, 50% during the third year,
30% during the fourth year, and 20% during the fifth year.
OVERFLOW
COPY ASSISTANCE GUARANTEE
DIS guarantees that when you have copy jobs that are too large for your
copier we will print those copy jobs at our lowest published rate. This
will allow you to lease or purchase a copier that more readily fits
your daily needs. |
